MELT

In our all-levels Mindful Flow classes, there’s time to slow down and really turn inward. This class moves a little more slowly than our Vinyasa Flow classes but includes all the usual elements of a Vinyasa practice like linking movement to breath, building both strength and flexibility, cultivating awareness and aligning the body properly in poses. In this moving meditation, students are encouraged to tap into that deeper part of themselves. Be ready to leave feeling invigorated, spiritually nourished and ready to take your yoga practice off the mat and into the world!

This comprehensive class covers the foundational poses of yoga, including standing poses, floor poses, backbends, and beginning-level sun salutations, all tailored for those just starting yoga or requiring modifications. With a strong emphasis on proper alignment and breath work, this class is designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and mental focus. It is suitable for beginners and more advanced practitioners looking to slow down and revisit the basics.
