At THE STUDIO we have two private infrared saunas that offer relaxation and renewal. Come unwind and detoxify your body in our beautiful and state of the art saunas. You can enjoy a cup of hot tea or cool filtered water, listen to your own music and chill in our “Zen Den”. When you’re session is done, you will have access to our locker room and showers.
Infrared Sauna
Infrared sauna is a type of sauna that uses light to make heat. A regular sauna uses heat to warm the air, which in turn warms your body. An infrared sauna heats your body directly without warming the air around you.

When you arrive you will be given one towel to use in the Sauna, if you would like more to use to shower post sauna session please bring your own.
Water cups and tea are provided - Bringing your own water bottle is encouraged
Being barefoot is accepted! but if you may like to bring some shower sandals to wear in the bathroom.
