The easiest way to experience The Studio is the Essential Intro: a whole month of unlimited yoga and mat Pilates, with four reformer Pilates classes and four infrared sauna sessions, for $59. A month is long enough to find your rhythm — invigorating Vinyasa, calming Yin, and the reformer and sauna as the surprise inside. After your first month it continues at $159 a month, and you can stop any time before then.

What happens next: book your first class, come ten minutes early, and we’ll show you around the room, the props and the two infrared saunas. Your welcome email has everything else. Rather have unlimited reformer and unlimited sauna? The All Access Intro is $89 for your first month.

NEW STUDENT FAQS

No. Memberships are month to month. After your first month, cancel with ten days’ notice before your billing date by emailing info@thestudiomillvalley.com or telling the desk.
Yep! All memberships auto-renew monthly until you cancel. Payments are automatically deducted from your credit or debit card on the date that you originally purchased the membership. For example, if you paid on the 5th of May, then your next payment will be deducted on the 5th of June. Sorry, we don’t take cash or checks for memberships.
Nope - We’re more than happy to credit the value of your existing classes towards the first month of your membership. For example, if you paid $100 for a class pack and have 1 class left, we’ll credit the balance you paid for that class toward your membership.
Nope. One membership per person, please. Memberships cannot be shared.
Yes — once a year for thirty days, at no charge. Email info@thestudiomillvalley.com before your billing date.
No problem. The Rolling 4 Pack is four classes for $144 — it only refills when you use the fourth, so it bills only when you practice — or you can take single classes at $42.
Yes! We offer a wide variety of mats for $5/class.
Of course. We love building our community through referrals.

Yes, we have several showers for use before and after class or after infrared sauna sessions.
Yes. Towels are available to rent for $3.
There is ample parking. You can park in the lot next to our building or the large Recreation Center lot under the solar carport.
Your membership continues at the regular rate — $159 a month for Essential, $199 for All Access — on the same date each month. The date is on your receipt and in your account. If you don’t want it to continue, tell us any time before then; in your first month there is no notice period. You can also move between Essential and All Access at any time — just tell us.
