Jodi McLean

Jodi teaches yoga & meditation not only as an antidote to stress, but as a powerful tool for living your most spectacular life! Jodi’s all-levels vinyasa classes are centered around community. Interweaved with chanting mantra, yogic themes and deep wisdom, she will effortlessly guide you not only through the poses and postures but through self-exploration, manifestation & deep transformation.

Jodi grew up in Salt Lake City dancing for the University of Utah School of Dance and Ballet West, and spent many of her post-graduate years as an endurance road cyclist and avid powder skier in the Wasatch Mountains. She fell deeply in love with the grounding yet expressive nature of yoga during her years as a dancer and after her yoga training spent 2 years diving deep into the powerful practice of meditation and ancient spiritual wisdom with her teacher Davidji.

Jodi believes everyone should have access to tools that help cultivate a life of greater awareness and ease. She provides an inclusive and uplifting style of yoga, stress management, meditation and mindfulness techniques that have been proven to relieve stress, heal the body, boost confidence, improve relationships, and manifest the life you’ve always wanted!

Jodi lives what she teaches and devotes five days a week to her own yoga practice and meditates daily. In her spare time you might find her prowling the local farmer’s markets for obscure root vegetables, perched in front of a potter’s wheel with a fresh lump of clay, or behind a camera lens photographing the many beautiful coastal birds of Marin.
