Sophia's upbeat and dynamic vinyasa classes are fun and inspiring. You will sync movement with breath while being introduced to creative flows and new transitions between poses. You can expect to break a sweat, have fun, and move to a carefully curated playlist with groovy modern music.

Sophia has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching since 2018. Her classes are approachable to anyone! She uses the asana practice as a vessel to deliver philosophy and some of the other yoga concepts, leaving you feeling at ease in mind, body, and spirit.
