  • Nope! This is an autopay month-to-month membership! If you love it, we hope you’ll stay with us forever. If it doesn’t work for you anymore, no problem - just email the front desk!

  • Yep! All memberships auto-renew monthly until you cancel. Payments are automatically deducted from your credit or debit card on the date that you originally purchased the membership. For example, if you paid on the 5th of May, then your next payment will be deducted on the 5th of June. Sorry, we don’t take cash or checks for memberships.

  • Nope - We’re more than happy to credit the value of your existing classes towards the first month of your membership. For example, if you paid $130 for a 5 class pack and have 1 class left, we’ll credit the balance you paid for that class toward your membership.

  • Nope. One membership per person, please. Memberships cannot be shared.

  • Most definitely. We know how busy life can get! To freeze, email the front desk.

  • We’re able to offer deeply discounted auto-pay rates in exchange for commitment over time. If this doesn’t work for you - no worries! You can purchase 5 Class Packs anytime.

  • Yes! We offer a wide variety of mats for $2/class.

  • Of course. We love building our community through referrals.

  • Sure thing. You can find that here or by clicking on each class on our schedule.

  • Yes, we have several showers for use before and after class or after infrared sauna sessions.

  • Yes. Towels are available to rent for $2.

  • There is ample parking. You can park in the lot next to our building or the large Recreation Center lot under the solar carport.

  • We don’t want to lock you into anything, so don’t worry, nothing will happen without your permission.
