Melissa brings a grounded, compassionate presence to her classes, guiding students to reconnect with inner wisdom through mindful movement and breath.

With 17 years of experience and training in trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, Ayurveda, and herbalism, she offers a holistic practice that nurtures resilience and balance on and off the mat. Melissa is currently completing her MA in Counseling Psychology at CIIS, deepening her integration of body, mind, and spirit in the healing process.

Her classes invite you to slow down, listen deeply, and remember your inherent wholeness.
