In 2019, I fell in love with yoga and completed my first yoga teacher training in Berkeley. My training deepened at Yoga Union Bali, where I completed a 300-hour certification in Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga, and continued teaching internationally in Thailand, guiding students with diverse backgrounds through yoga, sound healing, and meditation practices. From there, I studied Ashtanga in Mysore, India, and have assisted Ashtanga & Vinyasa trainings in both India and Greece. My training across these different lineages informs a teaching style that is rooted in alignment yet highly attentive to each student’s individual needs. My teaching blends mindful movement with breath awareness to build strength and flexibility, while creating space for restoration. I hold a BA in Psychology from UC Berkeley, which deeply shapes how I teach, integrating principles of psychology and mindfulness to support both mental and emotional well-being alongside the physical practice.
