Naomi Relnick
Looking for ways to heal injuries in the 1990s, Naomi discovered the disciplines of yoga, Pilates, and Gyrotonic at local studios in NYC. She received her initial Pilates training at the Kane School of Core Integration and was certified in the Gyrotonic Method by its creator, Juliu Horvath, in 1997. In 2004, she earned her yoga teacher certificate from Laughing Lotus Yoga Center.
Since then, she has dedicated over 20 years to teaching these modalities to help students feel strong, supple, and comfortable in their bodies. Naomi's teaching philosophy focuses on moving safely and efficiently, ensuring students understand the “why” behind each movement to gain a deeper understanding of their practice.
Throughout her career, she has worked with a diverse student base, ranging from professional athletes and dancers to individuals focused on injury recovery and prevention.
