Brian teaches Embodied Vinyasa, a dynamic and meditative style of yoga that invites the body to lead through intuitive, fluid, and expressive movement.

His teaching draws primarily from Praveen Nair’s Embodied Movements for Yoga, along with the guidance of Buddhist monastics Venerable Nick Santacitto and Venerable Michael Viradhammo, and the Vipassana teachings of S. N. Goenka.

Brian’s journey with yoga began through somatic pain and stress-related injury, which led him to explore yoga as a path to deep physical and mental restoration. His teaching welcomes practitioners of all levels.
