Casey Gillespie

Casey is a Stott-certified Pilates instructor, trained through a year-long, anatomy-based program. Her own experience with significant body imbalances after a car accident and years working in fashion wearing high heels led her to Pilates, and she was hooked after the first session.

She is drawn to Pilates because of its depth and adaptability, and its roots in rehabilitation, athletic training and functional movement. She believes it’s work you can do throughout your life, and it supports everything else you ask your body to do every single day.

"That versatility, and its ability to meet people where they are, is why I love teaching and helping people become stronger, more confident versions of themselves,”she says.
